Otherwise it is quite easy to take the train to Altafulla or Tarragona.
Take the R2 Nord train from the airport to the main Barcelona train station (Bareclona-Sants). This runs every half hour, takes about 25 minutes and costs 5 euros.
Then you can take the train from Barcelona-Sants to Altafulla or Tarragona depending on where you stay, which takes about 1h10m and costs around 8 - 15 euros.

There is no Uber in the area, the local app for ordering taxis is called 'Taximes'.

The reception staff at your hotel should be able to help with ordering taxis.
If staying in Altafulla, the May hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station with direct trains to Salou/Port Aventura (20 minutes, 3.50 euros), Tarragona, (10 minutes, 3 euros) and Sitges (50 minutes).
